I get an error during installation, 'ProcessBeforeDataMove(),' what do I do?

Why was this unhelpful? Thank you for rating this answer. This is an issue with Windows NT or Windows 2000. To fix this, you need an administrators login to do the installation. Once the adminstrator has logged in, everything should install normally.
